Why are you shopping on the Internet?

 My guess is that you are looking for a good deal on a cruise. Getting a good deal on a cruise is much different from getting a good deal on a book or CD. More than price and availability is involved. A cruise purchase involves making many choices which will have an impact on the quality of your cruise experience. It is good to have an experienced guide to help you make the best decisions for you.

 I would like to be your guide. To me booking cruises for clients is like recommending a great book or wonderful restaurant to a friend. I want each one to have a fantastic cruise experience. I want their minds and cameras to be filled with memories of their trip that they can take pleasure in over the years.

 What are the qualities of a good agent?

 A good agent asks you questions about what you are hoping to experience on the cruise and listens carefully to your answers. Are you looking for relaxation or adventure? Do you want a large ship with lots of activities, or do you prefer a smaller ship that can visit less traveled ports that the larger ships cannot? There are many areas of preference to be covered: dining, cabin style, cruise length, itineraries, and travel insurance to name but a few. A good agent will give you the information to help you make knowledgeable choices. A good agent will make recommendations based upon your likes and dislikes and not hers.

 A good agent will not get tired of answering your questions. Every cruiser has questions. I love to talk about cruising, especially with first time cruisers. There is so much to know and share.

 A good agent can save you money. We give back to our clients any decrease in the cost of the cruise that the cruise lines offer us. Most agencies don’t. If you decide that you would like to purchase travel insurance, we can tell you which plans are available, what they do and don’t cover and the cost. And you don’t have to talk to a gecko.

 A good agent is there to help if something goes wrong. Not enough time scheduled to transfer between planes to your destination? Changes made in identity requirements? Bad weather affects your travel area? Someone gets sick? Do you want to know that your call will be taken by the next available operator, or do you want to talk to me who has helped you from the beginning?

 When does the pampering begin?
